Organization News

We had our meeting the evening of June 17th, 2005 at Nelson's house, down in South Miami area. He is building an RV 7. A very impressive fast, long range airplane for two, about 700 miles at 200 mph.
A very well engineered kit plane you rivet together, that comes in pieces already cut aluminum and drilled. But still far too expensive for me and way too much work in labor hours, for any guy over 40 years old.

We had our July 15th Friday meeting at the Opa Locka Airport club room. Lots of hanger flying talk and some discussion on turbine engines on Cessna Caravans.
